    Rake policy

    Fair Poker operate a "no flop no drop" policy.

    In the limit tables the pot must reach $5 before it is raked ($0.25 for every $5 in the pot) and on pot limit and no limit a rake is taken when the pot reaches $1 ($0.05 for every $1 in the pot) Fair Poker only counts contributed raked hands for any bonuses.

    The maximum rake taken from any pot is $3.

    Bad Beat Bonus

    If you�re holding a top hand and lady luck decides to go and powder her nose at showdown, then don�t worry because even if you lose, you win with our Bad Beat bonus! If you�re playing a real-money Texas Hold'em ring game and you lose at showdown with a hand of KKKK or more, then you�ll be able to claim a Bad Beat bonus payout.

    The Bad Beat Bonus will be awarded under the following conditions:

    Texas Hold�em rules

    • 4 Kings or Better must be beaten in order to qualify. Both pocket cards must be used in both the winning and losing hand

    Prize Payouts

    • 50% goes to qualifying losing hand
    • 25% goes to qualifying winning hand
    • 25% is divided amongst remaining active players who were dealt cards when the qualifying hand was dealt.

    Fair Poker general Bonus Policy

    1. The Initial 25% Deposit Bonus, up to $100, will not be applied in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
    2. The Play Bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be canceled.
    3. Fair Poker reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that Fair Poker in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, Fair Poker reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
    4. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Fair Poker will be final.
    5. Fair Poker reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of these promotional offers at any time and it is the player's responsibility to periodically check here for changes and updates.
