European Blackjack

In this version, the game is played with 2 standard decks of 52 cards which are shuffled before each game.  The player is dealt 2 and the dealer 1.  The dealer will only draw his second card once the player has completed his hand.  In this game, the dealer must “Stand” on all 17’. 

In European BlackJack

-  The player is dealt 2 cards, face-up and the dealer 1, also face-up.

-  The dealer stands on all hands with the value of 17 and draws on all hands with the value of 16.

-  Insurance can be taken when the dealer’s first card is an Ace.
