This type of blackjack is played with 8 standard decks of 52 cards, which are shuffled before every game. The player can only bet on one hand at a time. The dealer has to stand on a “Soft 17” (when the dealer’s 17 contains an Ace that is counted as 11, the hand is known as a soft 17).
Once the bet has been placed and the player clicks on the “Deal” button, a 2-card hand is dealt to the player and 2 cards (1 face-up and 1 face-down) to the dealer.
If the player’s hand and the dealer’s hand tie, it’s called a “Push” and the player’s original bet is returned. This also
happens when both the player and the dealer draw a BlackJack. BlackJack is the highest hand and beats all others, except another BlackJack.
